Our story

Back in 2004

Total Merchandise was born in a spare bedroom, built on big ambitions, determination, and a little bit of audacity. Founders David, Michelle, and Jason combined their sales, finance, and promotional backgrounds - and channeled all that energy into one shared mission: help brands stand out.

From handing out leaflets to building a national presence, we’ve grown - but our ethos hasn’t changed. We still believe in the power of personalised service, bold ideas, and rolling up our sleeves.

Today, based in Colchester, we have modern offices, over 50 staff across teams (sales, artwork, tech, marketing, customer service) and big plans for what comes next
