What’s the best type of pen for my business?

It depends on your audience. Plastic pens are cost-effective for large-scale giveaways, while metal and engraved pens make great corporate gifts. Eco-friendly options (such as our Contour Bamboo Ballpens) are also increasingly popular.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Production times vary, but we offer express delivery on selected pens. Use the "Deliver By" filter to find fast-turnaround options, or contact us for urgent requests.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can send unbranded samples for free (some higher-value items may have a small charge). Printed samples are also available for an additional fee.

Can I mix and match pen colours in my order?

Many of our pens allow mix-and-match colour combinations for different parts (e.g., barrel and clip). Check the product description or ask us for details.

What’s the most budget-friendly promotional pen you offer?

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for promotional pens?

Yes, each pen has a minimum order quantity. You can find this information on the product listing page by checking the first price break under "Step 2" when selecting your quantity. If you're looking for a lower MOQ option, feel free to reach out - we may have flexible solutions available.

How many pens should I order?

Accepted Answer

The number of promotional pens you need depends on your event size, budget, and goals. For small events (50-100 attendees), 100 pens should be enough, while medium events (100-500 attendees) may need 250-500.

Large events (500+) benefit from 1,000 or more, while trade shows or campaigns often require 1,000-5,000+ for maximum impact. Ordering slightly extra ensures you won’t run out.

Do you sell eco-friendly branded pens?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we supply a range of branded eco pens, including recycled, compostable and recyclable pens. We also stock bamboo pens (including our popular Contour Bamboo Ballpens), as well as printed pens that are made from wheat straw and recycled bottles.

Yes. As well as sourcing pens from around Europe and across the globe, we also supply a range of branded pens that are made in the UK.

Are your pens available in a range of colours?

Accepted Answer

We do! Many of our pens are available in a range of colours so as to better match your company’s unique corporate identity. You can often mix the barrel and clip colours to create a more bespoke look.

Use the colour picker in the menu to find the pens available in the colour you require, take a look at an individual pen’s specification or just contact one of our experienced Account Managers to discuss your needs today.

Can I print my logo in full colour on promotional pens?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can have full colour printing on a wide range of our branded pens. You can browse all our full colour promotional pens by selecting the "Full Colour" filter in the menu.

Question 14

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for promotional pens?

Accepted Answer

There is. When you visit a product's listing page, the lowest MOQ will be the first price break listed in step 2.

Question 15

I need my promotional pens fast. Do you offer quick delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a range of express delivery pens that can be dispatched within 48 hours of your proof approval. In addition, we have many more with fast dispatch times of ten working days or less. To find our express promotional pens, simply use the ‘Delivery Time’ filters in the menu. Alternatively, look for the delivery time icons on the product listings to find the promotional pens that match your time frame.

Do you have clear, transparent promotional pen pricing?

Yes, we're completely transparent with our quotes and pricing for our branded pens. Each pen on our site has a price per unit, often with a range of price tiers available in order to give you better value for money. Once you have filled out our Rapid Quote form, you’ll receive pricing within one working hour. This will clearly breakdown the price of your pens, including artwork or screen costs, delivery fees, VAT and any discounts that have been applied.

Is there a set-up charge for branding pens with my logo or artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a set-up charge for orders of custom printed pens, which varies from product to product. You can view set-up charges at the top of each product listing.

Question 18

Where will my design be printed on my pens, and how will it be added?

Accepted Answer

Most of our pens will be printed with your logo, often with the option to add your design to multiple areas, including the barrel, clip and cap. Some, such as our Parker Jotter Ballpens, can also be engraved.

Do you offer samples of custom pens?

We're always happy to provide unprinted samples to help make your decision that bit easier. If you'd like a sample of a promotional pen, contact your account manager for more information.

For many of our items, this service is free, although there is sometimes a small charge for higher-value items. Printed samples are chargeable.

Question 20

Where on my pens will my logo be printed?

Accepted Answer

Your logo will typically be branded on to the barrel. Each product has an artwork template, which shows you precisely where on the pen your design will sit, along with measurements. If you need help, our Artwork team is here to assist you.

I've got a looming deadline and need to receive pens ASAP. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Use our calendar feature (above, left) to find the products that match your precise deadline requirements. Alternatively, you can view the earliest available delivery dates for all our products above, or when on a product's individual listing page.
